So Bread, What's the Bread of the Day
A blend of rye, whole wheat and white flour sourdough I made for my folks. Mixed and shaped last night, baked this morning.
Today I'm making a 100% whole wheat with maple syrup (not much) into a regular loaf for toast/sammies. It's a same day bake so I'll be baking it later this afternoon.
Need to hit up the store for more flour!
