I gained 30lbs in a span of three months Mama! I gotta go for more than an hour or it will take forever to get back in shape. Plus the basketball makes it fun to lose weight!

Oh. But honey, I have in the past had a weight problem. After 4 babies I topped 200lbs. I work my bleep off to stay this size. But I think in my years of weight lifting etc.... doing 2 a days is much more beneficial than doing it all at once. I'm not knocking your determination. I'm just saying, it would be better to say, lift in the morning and play bb in the evening.
