Regardless you will see no difference other than your lag in the launcher goes away. Take the lag out of the home button by removing its delay to sense a double tap and all of a sudden in combination with the other fix the phone becomes much much better.
Puzzles me to. I just checked my daughter's S2 Skyrocket, though the developer options aren't as rich... the delay remains. Removed it... phone speeds up. My wife was wiped out from her trip, is taking a nap, but I'll do the same to her phone when she wakes up.
What I don't get, is why make the S4 owners, jump thru hoops to get to the settings? I'm loving this phone, especially after removing the lag
. Granted, I wasn't seeing much (I just picked mine up this weekend)... but changing the delays, that don't make much sense, is a world of difference. This thing smokes now... wow!
