I just got my Poetic Atmosphere in the mail on Saturday. Still don't have my One just yet, but hope to have it by the end of the week. From what I've read, at least Poetic's customer service seems to be really good. Good luck (probably for both of us....)!
Excellent customer service from Exact Deal!! They have sent me a replacement, and I don't have to send them back the damaged unit, just some pictures of what failed.
