The previous method moved the app data and not the app core. That is why games would show in internal as a small part and the sd card a lot more.
rushmore, you're never getting a GS4, unless somehow Verizon pulls a rabbit out of the hat, so what does it matter to you anyway.
But in any case, I don't think that is correct - previously it was always the app core that was moved, not app data. I recall many times being unable to run a game stored on the SD because I did not have enough internal memory to store the data that it was trying to download... especially on that HTC Desire that had a paltry 384mb or so of internal memory.
