But in any case, I don't think that is correct - previously it was always the app core that was moved, not app data. I recall many times being unable to run a game stored on the SD because I did not have enough internal memory to store the data that it was trying to download... especially on that HTC Desire that had a paltry 384mb or so of internal memory.
That device though was in the day of mainly small or no data files
The real and only solution is for Samsung to work with carriers to offer larger sizes. Instead, they have chosen a path of misleading customers. Regardless if out of ignorance or knowing better, that is what it is.
Do the carriers not know the call center grief they shall get? Cheap card issues, swap issues, and non user unmount glitches that happen, but people do not notice with just media on the SD card. Apps vanish until the device is restarted, but media syncs. Why? Android removed apps 2 sd resource functions from JB. Anything created is no different from a modder doing their thing.
The irony still being this update will not help the people that would have more likely had storage issues.
