Default After rooting

I followed the instructions to root my VZN SGS4 and everything worked as expected.

Now when I restart the SGS4 I get an extra screen on startup with the word SAMSUNG in the middle center top and the word CUSTOM with the picture of an open lock under it. It just sits there for a few seconds then completes the startup in a normal way.

I don't get this startup screen after a full power off, just on a restart.

I am assuming this is normal behavior, since I am not seeing any other problems.

The first 2 apps I installed after rooting were TIBKUP and AdFree. Had to search a little for AdFree since Google seems to have removed it from the Playstore. The apps seem to be working normally.

I am now looking for a suggested "freeze" list for TIBKUP. I am not tight on space and freezing seems like a good way to stop the bloat without actually running the risk of uninstalling the wrong thing. It is sometimes surprising what apps depend on other apps.

Any suggestions on a freeze list would be appreciated.

I wanted to run SAMBA (which requires root) but it's not supported on JB yet, so I will stick with WiFi File transfer or the USB cable.

I must say I am loving this device since I put Nova Launcher on it (before rooting) and I expect it will just get better.

I never met a computer that I thought was too fast, but this one is at least keeping up pretty well.
