Thumbs down Contacting Samsung regarding WiFi problems.

Samsung customer assistance is one of the most lame in the business. Not only did they try to double-talk what I was trying to tell them about my WiFi problems with this phone but they are in complete denial of a problem. Furthermore, they offered absolutely NO solutions. They absolutely suck.

Next time around I'm definitely going back to an iPhone. Oh, and Apple's customer service, in contrast, is excellent.
