I called Verizon yesterday. They say they have reports and Samsung knows about it. It is a software issue. She said some people have it and some do not. She said there is an update coming but doesn't know what will be on it. Seems I have seen an update information page somewhere, and this was not one of the issues on the list.

Anyway, I have new phone on the way. Hopefully this one won't have it. I'm pretty happy with the phone overall.
