Question phonecall lag

Phone has a 5-7 second lag when selecting a number from contacts to call.
Same from a phone number link in an email or message.

Is there a way to find out what is causing this lag?

I rebooted in Safe Mode and the lag vanished.
How can I check which app is causing this other than uninstalling everything?
