options currently if you find yourself without a bootable OS are to push a nandroid or rom using adb,to install a rom via the adb sideload option,or to install a rom from the usb OTG.

yeah I get it ...only in recovery are you not able to browse the sdcard from windows... but adb push and sideload work fine in CWM so it's no big deal.
