I think battery usage is very independent due to individual usage patterns and location specific issues. I do not use anything like Juice Defender (used in the past on another 'droid).

I do use the power saving option,
don't do much of any streaming,
leave wifi on pretty much all the time,
GPS is off unless needed,
disable location services,
smart screen is off,
air view is on,
all motions and gestures are on with these exceptions:
-air move
-tilt
-pan
Sync is on, but only for email and google apps/calendar/contacts/gmail

I've had an occasional hiccup, but overall, I end the day (16-18 hours) with 40-50% battery remaining. I'm generally in a wifi environment, but the strength varies widely. My usage is probably light to moderate with phone calls, texting, checking weather and reading emails.
