I've called *611 three days in a row and all the csr's have told me they could not place the order for me over the phone. Did the people that did order over the phone use the *611 number? Did you talk to just any csr? Can someone post the verizon wireless SKU number from the sticker on the box? All the csr's tell me they cannot locate a sku...
