To the best of my knowledge all Samsung phones do have this, it just works differently...for instance the s3 once you zoomed in you had to double tap...the s4 I have to pinch zoom, the Note 2 double tap etc etc where on other phones you just zoom in and it is "wrapped"

I believe the proper term is "reflow"

There were rumors that Apply had a patent on reflow, that it was part of the suit filed against Samsung, and that is why Samsung was forced to make it less user friendly/different. I never confirmed this though.
