I'm not sure that makes sense. If that was true then you could make a 60 inch AMOLED screen with 1 single pixel and it would use the same amount of power as a 4 inch screen with 1 pixel?! That seems to ignore the laws of physics. The more light you are putting out, the more energy it takes to generate that light... I don't think there is a way around that.
