I don't experience that - do you have that happening on the phone with the energy saver or something similar going? I think you mentioned that earlier.

Even while on the charger, the phone runs off of the battery.

I'd have to guess that is either the processing load changed for those two cases or the battery isn't right.

Which phone, if the 3vo, how old?
