That looks like the MMS APN. You'll also need an APN for mobile data.

It might be as simple as choosing APN type as Internet & MMS. Try that (if it's an option) and see whether it works.

Otherwise, just looking at mine what I can see for my second APN is:

Name: Internet
APN: everywhere
Proxy: Not set
Port: not set
Username: eesecure
Password: (doesn't show, but I think "secure" is the answer again)
Server: not set
MMSC: not set
MMS proxy: not set
MMS port: not set
MMS protocol: WAP 2.0 (I suspect there's nothing to set there either)
MCC: 234
MNC: 33
Authentication: PAP
APN type: default, hipri
APN enable/disable: enabled
Bearer: unspecified
