All good points marctronixx!

Even though I've had issues w/BLUETOOTH & the ONE (which I cured w/a new,one-of-the-latest model B/T Headsets,which I would have bought anyway),
there's no humanly possible way to relate this experience to another,especially this one depicted/(scripted?) in the video.(Funny how the 1st thing you saw in the video was the SAMSUNG label on the TV,but,I digress)................

I'm certain all HTC ONE's have had an update since release,which this could have been addressed,whether stated so or not.

Bottom line:ALL phones have a 1YR warranty MINIMUM.If it's defective take it back.It's not rocket science.........
