That Chrome doesn't render Flash on Android is an advantage. Most Adobe products are huge security risks, and Flash is one of the worst.

Use Chrome as a main browser and then something else those times you need Flash.

As to bookmarks, from your Android device you can easily access your desktop's "Bookmarks Bar" shortcuts, but there's also a separate area for Mobile shortcuts. It's actually very handy. And yes, if you sign in with whatever gmail account you used to set up your phone, you will not need a new account.
