Hey everyone. I've been trying to get my ddclient.conf file configured to use with Everything seems to be going fine, but I keep having errors when I run systemctl -a status ddclient.service.
Oct 28 21:04:54 localhost.localdomain ddclient[20385]: FAILED: updating authorization failed (HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized
Oct 28 21:09:55 localhost.localdomain ddclient[20569]: WARNING: file /var/cache/ddclient/ddclient.cache, line 3: Invalid Value for keyword 'ip' = ''
Someone mention it may be a bug with ddclient. I found some other users and one person mention this is how his config file is setup for user info .
use=web,, web-skip=
use=ip, ip=
My question is the line with use=ip, ip=, should I use my real ip address or is he just using a dummy ip address. My current config file doesn't have the line at all.
