Their customer service has been top notch for a long while, in all my many dealings with them under a few different company/product names. I haven't made a purchase in some time, so it could have changed but I'm not sure. (my only continuing problem has been that they limit their product lines on a per device basis, but they have always been pretty up front and courteous about it when asked if they are going to build for a device)
What is the problem you are experiencing?
In response to the original topic; I recall reading about the same exact problem of weak/bad adhesive or no adhesive in spots
on the .tR for the Galaxy S3, Note 2, and other models when they were first released. The company was quick to deliver refund/revised replacements to those affected... The curved screen of the S3 and Note 2 exacerbated the weak adhesive problem.
It has been a day, has the glass settled in at all and bubbles worked out?
