What's "TMO" a bank or something else that uses high security or a certain browser feature, which not be in the older versions?

You could try spoofing the browser user agent string, to fool the website. But if the website actually does require a certain function or security feature that's not in the older browser, you may have problems.

These days many websites won't work with Internet Explorer 6.
