haha I didn't realise this would become a chat on sleep patterns LOL

My sleep pattern is pretty crappy too, as I've had a cough for over 1 1/2 years now, and its still going (the specialist says its just my "smokers cough" going away... and he's seen it take 2 to 2 1/2 years in some people :S)... and that gives me bad nights sleep (not to mention taking ages to get to sleep!)

Anywho, we diverge =) For me, I see these 2 options:

By the sounds of it, the one that you put on your wrist is gonna be the better option?
