Seidio apparently doesnt like to RESPOND to emails. They just seem to prefer to send auto-generated press releases...
Seidio seems to have three lines of cases: Surface, Active/Dilex, and Convert. The Surface is a hard case. The Active/Dilex is a silicone layer held in place by a hard exoskeleton, leaving all ports uncovered. The Convert is a combination of the Surface, and an Active/Dilex sized to fit over the Surface case instead of the naked phone, and all ports (including the camera) are protected by silicone flaps. The idea behind the Convert is that you can remove the additional protective layers and use just the Surface case when less protection is warranted or less bulk is desired. Based on my experience with the Active case, I don't see the Convert providing any additional drop protection, but having the ports and camera protected can provide peace of mind in certain environments.
