facts are most software houses rush stuff out for people that are demanding even at a professional and high profile setup

If Samsung came out with Donut, you wouldn't be forced to update to it anyway because we don't have OTA enabled. Don't forget Google put bug fixes into Donut and very likely wasn't forced to rush it out to market.
If you're an IT guy responsible for mobile phones in your company, you wouldn't be chosing android devices in the start. I really don't get your arguments.
