I called bell and asked them about my plan cause I have no data on mine either although I still added the APN anyway. They said they charge 5 cents/KB to users without a Data Plan. I just want to know exactly what was meant before I go downloading like a fiend on 3G and get bent over the table when I get my bill haha

I think he meant that you can buy the unlimited internet plan for regular cellphones that cost 10$, because the "smartphones" data plans cost something like 30$. The Galaxy is not considered a smartphone (no idea why).
I don't know if the cellphone uses a lot of kilobytes, and it depends on your usage, but I guess that 5 cents per kilobyte could cost a lot if you don't watch your usage.
