I don't know if the cellphone uses a lot of kilobytes, and it depends on your usage, but I guess that 5 cents per kilobyte could cost a lot if you don't watch your usage.
Oh I could see it costing an arm and a leg! Imagine downloading an App at $0.05/kb?
