Hmm, that's a good point, if it did factory reset itself it may not have fully done it, even though it looked like it had.

I'll grab the phone off her when we get back home later and try, she's only just put her stuff back on it as she was scared to do so in case something else went wrong. That and she hates setting phones up, I have no issue with it though lol, so will give that a go, see how it goes from there.
