Do you have the Task Killer set to kill some core application that keeps restarting possibly causing it to go into a kill loop and never letting it reach full standby mode? I would imagine an app constantly restarting over and over would be a battery killer. What is your Awake Time % after a reboot and letting it go to what you think is standby?
