In the "address bar" of the tools folder, when you click on it, it'll change to the path you would need to type. Copy and paste into the cmd window after you type in cd -space-

So for mine, it looks like this:

C:\Users\yourname>cd C:\Users\yourname\Desktop\android-sdk_r05-windows\android-sdk-windows\tools

push enter and you'll see:

type "ddms.bat" and push enter. Give it a second and you'll see the dalvik debug monitor

Copy and paste is definitely easier (please note in the command prompt you cannot use the shortcut keys of CTRL + V to paste, you must right click and select paste)

One note is if you are using XP and it says "Documents and Settings you may have to put quotes around the line so it would read:

cd "C:\Documents and Settings\<yourusername>\Desktop\android-sdk_r05-windows\tools"

anyways, if anyone really needs more instruction just let me know and I can help out.
