Unfortunately, it's not up yet. (As a matter of fact, I can't find any firmware for XEE -- are there any known older versions?) We're probably going to run into the same situation as the I4 firmware: a pretty significant delay between when we first start seeing factory handsets shipped with the firmware and when it appears on NPS.
