You actually only see the "EXTUSB" ones. As the poster said above. 11 pinouts vs 5...
I actually bought one of these extusb cables and am taking it apart hoping to mod it myself with a purchasable usb connecter.

Just unsure as to whether or not I can get it to work on just 5 pinouts. Doubt it.
