Looking back, I believe I became an Android fan back in 1993.... Actually that was the year I got my hands on my first Linux installation and since then I've been totally addicted to Linux. When Google announced Android as a Linux-based OS in 2007 I knew this is it, I had to get me an Android phone!!

Now 3 years later my dream has finally come true .

(Ok, I've cheated a little by getting a HTC Hero for my wife some months ago just to experiment a little)

It is my sincere hope that Android paves way for Linux as the dominant OS on all computing platforms in the years to come
