No, the reason you can't update your AT&T N1 is because it is not running ERE27.

The file leaked right now is only for ERE27 to Froyo. When the file for the AT&T version is leaked, I will also post it up.

For now, the only way to get this onto the AT&T version is to unlock the bootloader, load ERE27, then do the update.
