Here is what I've found (ComanionLink):

Sync Palm Desktop, Microsoft Outlook, ACT!, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, and GoldMine with Google and your phone | CompanionLink

It synchronizes Outlook 2007 and Gmail account without a problems.
