Read all the posts. Last nite I used the browser about an hour & noticed it was hot about 1/3 down from the top back. I plugged it into wall charger, turned it upside on "meeting" so he wouldn't ring & wake me. When I picked him up this AM, there's a speck like pencil lead in middle of the screen, precisely where the heat was on the back, & a fine diagonal crack side-to-side. It did't fall! I first thought a gnat was stuck on my screen protector & it had a wrinkle. I can see the glass has a fine crack..color not affected. I wonder if this glass is too heat sensitive & that HOT Snapdragon hit the glass when I turned him over to "sleep"? Problem: got MOTO Droid 4/6, sound probs. Got a second Droid..still garbled.3rd week of my
30 days, I got the Incredible.& definitely loving it.30 days over, insurance excludes broken glass. I feel this is a manufacturer's defect but will no doubt be accused of dropping him. Do I call Verizon, Best Buy, or HTC? Appreciate advice. Cher
