I have been (like I am sure many others have) been hounding them via Twitter to run a story......... now its time to thank them

This may swing the power in the consumer's direction just google "behold 2 lawsuit" and you will see this story is linked on a gob of web blogs.

The court of public opinion is probably the only court we would need to get Samsung to do "the right thing".
