Icons are called Buuf and Buuf Gnome by Manhattan. You can get them
here and
here
You have to apply them individually using Better Cut though so it can take a bit of trial and error. Plus you'll have to put a .nomedia file in the Buuf icon folder after you've set them up to stop them showing up in your photo gallery.
