This is either a lie, or there is something wrong with your phone. I've never had problems like that with VZW, anywhere that I've travelled in the US. And if you really had 5-6 dropped calls everyday, you would have spoken with tech support, they would have done a trouble ticket to determine if it was a network issue or phone issue, and you wouldn't still be having those problems, nor would you be putting up with it. 5-6 dropped calls per day is an extreme for most carriers.
