Short version

Dream: 1.5+ end of the road
Magic: 2.1 after Rogers "quality" test the new image from HTC. Expect somewhere between end Q2 and maybe mid Q3.

Unofficial:
Rooted Dream: 1.6
Rooted Magic: Already on 2.1 cooked rom and soon 2.2
