According to the SMS Backup app, i had 3819 texts from one thread. My old phone could only handle about 300 max (sent and recieved) so i had to delete them; whereas this phone just kept going. It's quite scary thinking that just pure texts can make a state of the art smartphone freeze and have major issues...
