[ROM] Gionee GN105 Rooted ROM for Micromax A75

I am not the Devoloper

I Found this Rooted ROM in Some chinese website.

Now My phone is much faster after installing this ROM.

Download it from here (Use google translate and you have to register on 115 to download. It just takes not more than 10 Seconds. no need to verify your email)

Note: I have some internet Disconnection problem so I am not able to upload it to mediafire. (Any one please upload this file to mediafire.)

Installation proccess is same as Ninad's ROM.
To change language to English
After flashing. Turn your phone ON.
>>press Option Button >> Settings (Bottom Right) >> System (2nd Tab) >>Language & Keyboard (3rd Option) >> Select language (first option)>> English.

To change keyboard Goto language & keyboard settings >>Select input method >> Android keyboard.

I have some disconnection problem, So can't upload.

Please upload it if you are free.

Registration is very simple

Registration form is at top left corner

fill the form
1st one is email (its your username)
2nd screen name.
3rd password
4th conform password.
and hit the green button. now you will be logged in

I just flashed using all files from update given by Mr. ninad sir, just replacing system.img, unchecking preloader, dsp, userdata.

now phone is booting five min. over, still booting.
after booting only i can tell you what is my experience with this gn-105

dont use this rom, ninad rom is great, as applications chinese language is there, uninstall chinese key board, which is system app.

you cannot use gmail & talk, u can not download apps from android market directly,
the phone is not recognising by the android market. we have to use other market app to download the same. all your link2sd programmes wrappedup. you have install each and every application from that. no applications in the rom, then the phone is always speedy.

go back to ninad`s ram.

@dinesh use titanium to uninstall Chinese keyboard and Chinese apps. Replace the A75's build.prop. ninad is making a new rom from it

Market application cannot be connected as there is no chance to add gmail account to market

This is coz there are no apns in gionee rom check network access points

But the uploading stuff, the explanation is posted on the same thread

for video player use Mx player or MObo player

EXT3 is dependent on kernel

It is ported as UB-2

But , would recommend you to use some other ROM available out there

Hi.....well I was just surfing around, and I think I found Ver 3.1 to the gionee gn105 ROM. The site is in chinese, and I couldn't get a shit idea about it....but I saw the words v3.1 and gn105 and Root.....words!!

Those are the exact words to the 1st gn105 rom found by rudrateja in OP....except the v3.1 part

Please Devs....have a look into it

so no actual update for v3.1

btw please check the ics_rom thread by ayush.....I posted a link there. I got it from cyanogenmod forum for mtk porting.
