Heya Guys,

Welcome to the thread. It's me Aayush back with another Micromax A75 ROM project. It's not just another Custom ROM, It's not another Modified Micromax Stock ROM. It's time now to make an Android Open Source Project (AOSP) ROM for Micromax A75 Android Device.

About The ROM:-

Well, this section is utmost necessary to read. That is because it contains viable information about project D.E.S.T.I.N.Y. First of all, the name convention of this project goes to my favourite movie The Core. This was a multi-massive project in that movie. Well, enough of cinematic talks here.

This ROM houses a version of Gingerbread which will be capable of being run on Micromax A75 Hardware. Built for the ARMv6 ABI Processors, this ROM can also be run on other MTK6573 Cellphones like Spice Mi-350N, Micromax A73 and some other's like the HD7. But any developer's willing to take this ROM must acquire porting permissions from the Administration of the Development Team.

ATTENTION:- This is to bring to your notice that this ROM will be a SINGLE SIM capable ROM. It would reduce the functionality of your Dual-SIM Cellphone's to Single-SIM but would add tons of Features other ways. Kindly note this point before making any lame comments.

About The Development Team:-

As a ginormous project, this ROM will be "Copyright" work of ADProgrammer Developments. Now about the Rules of the Team:-

1) Every Team Developer would be required to use The Developer Logo at the very end of his/her post. (Every Post)
2) Every Team Member must frequently contribute to this thread by his suggestions, thoughts and resource helps.
3) All Team Developer's would be "Admins" of all the Website's, Forums and other publication sources which the Team uses.
4) You are bound, "NOT TO INDULGE" in vulgar comments and promise that no fights policy will be adopted.
5) Last rule is that, All major decisions would be a collective decision of the Team Members, and our BETA Tester's and Other Non-Team Member's. No member has right to converge on the rights of other for voting.

Now, who will be in the team. As you've read the rules and regulations and still continued reading on till here means that you've accepted them. So, All the Members owning Micromax A75 Android Device and presently active on the Micromax A75 Forums can apply for membership here. Those who wish to apply, Please comment below....

About The Time Required:-

Well, I understand that we people are not at all officials of the Micromax Corp. So you DO NOT need to allot whole day for being on the Forums and helping out. Contributing for atleast 1/2 hour per day is the minimum requirement for joining the team. Some days exceptions will be okay too.

If you can do research on your own, like if you're on leave from office and getting bored or whatever you can do research and post thousands of links to good and useful resources here. No one stops you, the more time you can give to the ROM, The more early you would be able to enjoy it on your cellphone's.

Now guys, I do understand that you must be thinking that who needs a SINGLE SIM ROM on a DUAL-SIM Cellphone but wait, This ROM is indeed starting from a SINGLE SIM ROM, But it eventually will be able to power the other SIM very soon. So get time, get a brand new rom.

Just remove the dashes from the IMG tags from front and back and you'll get the image. In order to reply to any query on behalf of The BlackStar Team, you need to use this image.

well, A75 looks like galaxy nexus s. many of my friends is think of that! but when they see the "dual signal", they know it is not a galaxy nexus s hahahaha.

so, a single sim card, will be more this phone look like nexus S

Hi friends i regularly use both the sim's one for the personal/official and another for local usage , as i am out of state and all my friends and official contacts use my old number for reference, and i am using the second sim for my local usage.

Seems i am a special case but still if we get dual sim feature that will be good, even if we have to toggle between the sim's !!!!!

N read whole OP, in last it has been stated that after 1 sim feature is stable n ok, team will try to incorporate 2nd sim feature but it will take time so be patient...

I too use both.
I use 4 Sims N 3 cells simultaneously.
N single sim rom would b a big drawback for me.
But ill adjust.
