Is it safe?

I would like to install CWM Recovery using this tutorial: How To Install Clockwork Mod Recovery (CWM) on Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830

I have already used some apps that require root access (If it makes a difference).
Is there anything I need to know, or any precautions I need to take for this to go smoothly? I just really want to make sure I don't mess up :/

Thats the correct method. No precautions needed. Just follow the guide correctly.
