acer-liquid-malez-recovery - Project Hosting on Google Code

Install the recovery and you can root it by select the root option in the recovery menu.

Getting one of these phones this week.

Anybody have this root? If so, is it as smooth as shown in the youtube video? Does multitouch work throughout all browsers? Any major bugs? Easy to update?

And yes, the 2.1 rom is smooth now IMO. It does have a few bugs but I would say it is good enough for daily use for me.
