Mad Acer beTouch E110 Help !

is there a solution to enable bluetooh file transfer ?
really it's very silly from Acer to disable such feature which poor phone are equipped with

please help

I'm not sure acer doe this kind of expensive stuff. But now rules and game are done! just watch android ios !! how is going to win finally. is there a place for 2 in the long term?
