so amazed i found this thread this morning at xda its a leaked version of the ics update we're all waiting for!!!

Keep in mind that according to phandroid news this breaks root. Although in my opinion that is a small price to pay assuming you'll probly be able to take the ota 4.0 update once its pushed

I would hang tight....Devs will take that apart and have a good custom Rom Soon.
No sense in locking yourself out of your device.
