Exclamation acer a501 available?

when will acer a501 will be available?
is there any other benifit of a501 over a500 except of 3g?
can it be used as a mobile phone to text and other?
please help me with some info..

It's available at the end of july in the UK, not sure about other countries.
The only difference I have read about is the fact it has 3g. They are shipping the same model that we all have, minus the sticker over the sim card slot, so you won't be able to text or phone.
So basically you will be paying nearly £100 more, plus a monthly fee just for the privelage of having 3g.

As far as I can see no you can't use as a mobile phone.

I would prefer my wifi a500 plus using mobile phone as a modern. So I can online everywhere.

I think most of the network provider currently offer mobile wifi (mifi)
Maybe as an alternative to 3G u can consider mifi if u think of mobile internet

Just got my 501 yesterday My first Tablet !!!!!!!
First thing Register with Acer...OK
Next Set up my usual Google Email...NO keeps telling me Address and Password not correct.
Next Download User Guidel NO Will not do it..Seems to go out of time (Same when tried on Computer.
Not doing too well so far. Without a decent User Guide I am going to get very lost.
Can I stick a spare Tesco sim in it and get results ???
Also
Will a 500 case with keyboard fit a 501
