Hi, I am new to tablets and android. I just bought an Acer a510 and will be traveling from Toronto Ontario to Columbus Ohio and would like to use the GPS in my Acer. Since it is not 3G/4G capable and I am unlikely to find an open wifi signal. Can I download maps? Thanks

The Acer Iconia A510 does have GPS so you can use Google Map OOB. It should have actually come pre-installed, But if it wasnt you can get it free from Google Play.

As far as downloading, most hotels now have free WiFi, and McDonald's does too. Just stop in a McDonald's and snag maps real quick and you should be good to go
