Default Fido Acer liquid e-driver-liquid tool error

I just picked up the Liquid e from Fido yesterday. Went to install the usb drivers and got an "An error occurred attempting to instal Acer Liquid Tool"---"unable to locate application file 'Acer Liquid Tool Setup.msi'.

Acer told me to return the phone as there was a problem with the disk and not the phone. I returned the disk, recieved a new one only to have the same problem.

Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how i can fix this? Can I download the drivers from somewhere? Acer doesn't have them on thier site.

Thanks.

Thanks gwilo. The drivers are for the liquid not the liquid e but they seem to work. At least I don't get the found new hardware wizard each time I plug in my phone.

Thanks gwilo. When I contacted Acer I was informed that they did not have drivers for download off off their website and I was instructed to return the phone. Great advice Acer!

That OK they also say our phone can only use micro SD cards that are 2 GB and can mot use SDHC.

Funny as I use a 8 GB Class 6 card in mine
